This an application process for this event this year. You will not be charged until you accepted. FILL OUT THE APPLICATION BELOW: Entries will close by May 31, 2026. All accepted authors/vendors has 10 days to pay their invoice for acceptance.

Welcome to the Literary Indulgence of Jacksonville Book Festival!

We are thrilled to welcome authors and vendors to showcase their work and services at the Literary Indulgence of Jacksonville Book Festival. Joining us will allow you the opportunity to network with fellow peers, meet key industry professionals, and expand your circle within the community of book lovers.

At the Literary Indulgence Book Festival, we expect 400+ attendees to join us. This event is free and open to the public.

The Literary Indulgence Book Festival is presented by Literary Indulgence of Jacksonville, LLC in collaboration with the Women Writing for (a) Change Jacksonville.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are author and vendor booth sales final?

Yes, payments are non-refundable. Spaces are limited, and booths are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot.

Festival Hours responsibilities for authors and vendors?

The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Authors should be present at their booth during these hours. Vendors must be present and open for business during these hours.

Setup and Break Down responsibilities?

Booth setup begins at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the event. Authors and Vendors must complete their setup by 10 a.m. Breakdown should begin at 4 p.m., and every author and vendor are expected to leave their area clean and clear of any debris. Table setups should fit within the designated booth space.

Will authors and vendors have access to electricity?

Electrical outlets are available on a limited basis. For external author & vendors, a portable solar generator is recommended. Please no gas generators.

What are the author and vendor responsibilities?

Authors are responsible for managing their own booth, including sales and transactions. You are encouraged to bring additional promotional materials such as banners, business cards, and posters. All display materials must be family-friendly and appropriate for a diverse audience.

Additional author and vendor responsibilities?

Author and vendors are responsible for bringing their own canopy/tent, and any other display materials. All tents must be properly secured for safety, and table setups should fit within the designated booth space. Must manage their own sales and provide their own cash/credit card processing.
