Volunteer With Us at the Literary Indulgence Book Festival!  Are you passionate about books and eager to contribute to a vibrant community event? Join us in making the Literary Indulgence Book Festival a memorable event! We welcome volunteers passionate about books and eager to contribute to our community. Below are the volunteer roles available and how you can register to help.

Volunteer Roles

  • Hospitality Team

    Provide refreshments and support to volunteers and staff. Assist with catering setup and service for special events. Ensure hospitality areas are clean and welcoming.

  • Registration Team

    Be the first point of contact for festival attendees. Assist with checking in guests, providing information, and ensuring a smooth registration process.

  • Authors & Vendors Assistants

    Help authors and vendors with booth setup, book signing sessions, and any logistical support they might need during the festival.

  • Setup & Breakdown Team

    Setup and breakdown involve preparing the event space by arranging tables, signage, decorations, and equipment prior to the event start, and then dismantling and clearing everything once the event concludes.

  • Event Ambassador Crew

    Event Ambassadors play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized festival experience by assisting with parking, setting up street signage and banners, distributing event material, capturing event photos, engaging with attendees, and supporting other assigned festival activities.
